Cancellation & refunds
To change or cancel your order, message us (live chat or hello@dipandcrumble.com) up to 24 hours before your chosen slot and we'll sort it out — if you've already paid, we'll refund you in full. After that we've already started baking, so we can't offer a refund.
Something wrong with your order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not fresh, please contact us or chat with us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll make it right — a replacement on your next order or a refund, whichever you prefer.
