Shipping & delivery

Everything is baked fresh in Gurgaon and delivered the same day for your chosen slot, so it reaches you at its best. Here's how it works.

The quick version

  • Orders ₹1,499 and above — free delivery. We cover the courier cost ourselves as a thank-you for your order.
  • Orders under ₹1,499 — the courier's delivery charge is paid by you directly to the delivery person on arrival (UPI or cash). We only book the courier; the fee is the courier's, not ours.
  • Order at least 24 hours ahead; pick a 2-hour slot between 10am–8pm.
  • We deliver across Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR.

Delivery charges

  • Orders ₹1,499 and above — free. We cover the courier cost ourselves, as a token of thanks for your order. Nothing to pay the delivery person.
  • Orders under ₹1,499. We book the courier on your behalf, but the delivery charge is payable by you directly to the delivery person on arrival (UPI or cash). The amount depends on your distance and is set by the courier — Dip & Crumble does not charge, set or collect this fee.

Sending a gift to someone else

  • You can wrap your order and ship it to a different address — we'll collect the recipient's name, phone, email (optional) and full address (within the cities we serve).
  • Orders ₹1,499 and above — free, same as normal.
  • Orders under ₹1,499. Because it's a surprise, your recipient can't pay the courier on arrival — so we'll message you the exact courier charge for their location after you place the order, and you add it to your UPI payment. Your recipient pays nothing on delivery.
  • Gift wrapping carries a small packing charge (shown at checkout) in both cases — whether it ships to you or to someone else.

Timing & slots

We bake to order, so please place your order at least 24 hours in advance. At checkout you'll choose a delivery date and a 2-hour slot between 10am and 8pm. If a date isn't selectable, we're either fully booked or not baking that day.
