By placing an order with Dip & Crumble you agree to the following. We’ve kept them short and plain.

Ordering

Please order at least 24 hours in advance so everything is baked fresh for your slot. An order is confirmed once we’ve received your payment. Prices and availability can change, but the price you pay is always the one shown when you place the order.

Payment

Payment is by UPI. After placing your order you’ll see a UPI QR code and ID; upload your payment screenshot on your order page so we can confirm. We don’t store any card or bank details.

Delivery

We deliver across Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR. Orders of ₹1,499or more get free delivery (we cover the courier cost). For orders under₹1,499, we book the courier on your behalf, but the delivery charge is payable by you directly to the delivery person on arrival — it is the courier's fee, not set or collected by Dip & Crumble. Gift orders (shipping to a different recipient): orders ₹1,499+ ship free as above. For orders under ₹1,499, because the recipient can't pay the courier on arrival, we quote the courier charge for the recipient's location after the order is placed and it is added to your UPI payment — the recipient pays nothing. Gifts are delivered only within the cities we serve.

Allergens

Everything is made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, sesame and soy. Our bakes are not suitable for people with severe allergies. Allergen tags are shown on each product.
