How much lead time do you need?
Please place orders at least 24 hours in advance so we can bake everything fresh for your slot.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi NCR. Everything is baked fresh in Gurgaon.
What's the delivery charge?
Free delivery — we cover the courier cost ourselves, as a thank-you for your ₹1,499+ order. We book the courier for you, but the delivery charge is payable by you directly to the delivery person on arrival (UPI or cash). It's the courier's fee — not charged by Dip & Crumble. Can I send an order as a gift to someone else?
Yes! Tick “sending as a gift” at checkout and add the recipient's details. Sending to someone else? Because it's a surprise, the recipient can't pay the courier on arrival. Orders ₹1,499+ ship free; for orders under ₹1,499 we'll message you the exact courier charge for their location after you place the order — add it to your UPI payment. (Your recipient pays nothing.) How do I pay?
By UPI. After you place your order, you'll see a UPI QR code and our UPI ID. Pay with any UPI app; optionally upload your payment screenshot on your order page to help us confirm faster. Please pay promptly after ordering — your order page shows a countdown — so we can prepare and deliver your order in your chosen slot; paying later may delay it.
My payment didn't go through — what now?
No worries. Your order is saved the moment you place it. Scan the QR or use the UPI ID again from your confirmation page, or chat with us and we'll sort it out. Your order isn't confirmed until we've received payment.
How long does confirmation take?
We confirm your payment usually the same day. Uploading your payment screenshot on your order page helps us confirm faster.
Will you ask me to review my order?
A few days after delivery we'll email you to rate what you ordered. Reviews come from verified orders only. Your review shows publicly under your first name and last initial (e.g. "Raghav S") with a Verified badge; 4–5★ publish automatically, while 1–3★ come to us privately first so we can make it right. You can edit your review for 30 days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your slot. See our Cancellation & refunds policy, or chat with us.
How do I store them, and how long do they keep?
Cookies are best within 3 days — keep them airtight and warm for 10 seconds for that fresh-baked feel. Dips are best refrigerated and enjoyed within 3–4 days. Specific shelf life is on each product page.
My order is running late or hasn't arrived
Chat with us with your order number and we'll check on it right away.
Are your bakes allergen-friendly?
Made in a home kitchen that also handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, sesame and soy. Not suitable for severe allergies.
